How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Stormlength Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Stormlength Plumbing went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a plumber we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the plumber. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Stormlength Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work or decide things for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@stormlength.world. Please include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We confirm that we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take a second look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with the plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
